Sprouted whole grain whole wheat bread
This is my first time making this bread with the sprouted whole grain wheat flour
It was delicious crunchy and healthy also
These are the ingredients
1️⃣900 g of the sprouted flour
1 cup all purpose white flour
2️⃣2 teaspoons dry Yeast
3️⃣1 tablespoon of sugar
4️⃣1 tablespoon of salt
5️⃣4 cups warm water
Description
1️⃣ Mix the flour in a Bowl
2️⃣add the yeast ,and sugar
3️⃣add the water
4️⃣i used stand mixer
You can knead it with your hands
5️⃣add salt
6️⃣mix it till the bowl comes out clean
7️⃣cover it with plastic and kitchen towel
Let it rest ( rise ) for 2 hours on warm place
8️⃣ After 2 hours take it out on flour  surfaces and knead it with your hands
9️⃣pick up the dough and drop it 40-50 time
This way the dough will be nice and fluffy
🔟preheat the oven on 400’
Put the cast iron pot for 30 min
1️⃣1️⃣put the dough in the pot with the lid on
Bake it for 45 min
Take the lid out and bake it for another 15 min
And it’s done
Cut it and
Enjoy it! so crunchy and delicious 😋
