I grew up hating homemade pizza - and thin crust pizza. That all changed when I discovered 00 Flour and this recipe, which I found on [ Ссылка ]. Using Italian 00 pizza flour, water, quick rise yeast, and a little salt, it is possible to make amazing pizza dough in just a few hours. In this video, I demonstrate how to make this dough. This isn't a Neopolian-style pizza, as I roll it out flat - it's a uniformly flat crust, allowing you to get toppings all the way across the crust - and I bake in either my oven or my smoker, rather than a wood-fired oven.
