This is a demo of a Stamina Necromancer 2H/Bow rotation for use in PVE; especially optimised for 12-man Trials. This is good to go for Elsweyr.
Stamina Necromancer is the strongest and most sought-after DD spec in PVE.
Here are my other Stamina Necromancer setups that I've shown so far:

Bow/Bow -- [ Ссылка ]
This is a rotation performed on the new Raid Dummy. This means there are a selection of buffs and debuffs present, which allows easy comparison between different classes, and for other players to compare against each other, if they wish, as a 'solo' player, without the need of help from another player; a really valuable addition to the game.
I used the Lava (Max Stam and Stamina Recovery food) here. This is actually the recommended food to use in a real trial, so the sustain you see here is actually under-represented against other classes. In a group with support, your sustain will appear to be a lot better than it is on this dummy, trust me. If you feel your HP pool is a bit low, I'd recommend up to and around 20 points into HP, or one or two Health Glyphs on your armour, whichever is more convenient.
Here I am using Perfected Lokkestiiz, Perfected Relequen and Velidreth. This is the best setup for pure single target DPS.
My skill bars shown in the video are as follows:
2H Bar: Carve - Executioner (or Reverse Slice) - Skeletal Archer - Detonating Siphon - Blighted Blastbones - Flawless Dawnbreaker
Bow Bar: Endless Hail - Rearming Trap - Razor Caltrops - Poison Injection - Detonating Siphon - Pestilent Colossus

-- Rotation
First note: Detonating Siphon currently has hitbox issues and does not hit properly on Dragons in Sunspire and some other bosses as well. Hopefully, at some point, this will be accounted for. For affected encounters, my preferred option would be to slot Venom Skull in place of Archer, and move it to the backbar, replacing backbar Siphon. I would then have Siphon slotted frontbar for the passives.
Alternate options include keeping it slotted anyway for the passives or slotting Venom Skull instead.
The rotation has a few static elements which should hopefully make it reasonably easy to use.
Blighted Blastbones forms the backbone of the rotation. Should you stay in melee range, this skill can usually be cast 1-in-3 skills. The backbar can be broken up with Blastbones: Blastbones - Endless - Trap - Blastbones - Caltrops - Poison Injection. Each front bar portion sees Archer and Tether cast once, and Carve twice. Carve is a DOT that has a pretty strong direct damage portion. It's good enough to warrant not using a true spammable in this situation. (Note if you're doing a rotation without Siphon, then you may reconsider this). If the Carve casts are spaced out, it can be kept ticking with close to 100% uptime pre-execute. Do remember to cast Blastbones 1-in-3.
In execute, drop Blastbones, except for if you want to use it to create a corpse for Siphon, should you recast it. Drop Carve if you won't get another full cast, but keep up the Archer unless it's literally the last few seconds of the fight. Otherwise, you may consider transitioning to a normal Hail - Caltrops - Poison Injection backbar, whilst keeping up Rearming Trap when it runs out. For the rest of the time, spam Executioner/Reverse Slice.
In group play, using the Colossus Ultimate itself (which provides Major Vulnerability, the strongest debuff in the game) will likely depend on when the group needs it, so no real emphasis on you use it. Otherwise, if the timing up to you, try to drop it early-on or halfway through your front bar rotation. The best bet would be in place of the first Carve of your front bar rotation.
Avid Boneyard is a good Flex option to have on your bar. The self-synergy does good damage and can be very handy to keep up Major Slayer if using Lokkestiiz.
For many trials, you may consider the Reverse Slice morph instead of Executioner. The splash damage can be really strong in certain situations.
If I were to offer a full static rotation, this is it:
Archer
Blastbones - Endless - Trap
Blastbones - Caltrops - Injection
Blastbones - Carve - Tether
Blastbones - Archer - Carve
(Use Ultimate instead of one of the Carve's if up).
In Execute (25% and below)
Archer - Endless - Caltrops - Trap - Injection
Executioner x 7
There is probably a whole bunch of stuff I didn't have space to mention. Let me know in the comments if you have questions.
