Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ready to serve after : 30 minutes
Ingredients of Bengali Nolen Gurer Payesh Recipe :
1) 2 Lt. Milk.
2) 200 Gm Gobindobhog Rice.
3) 250 Gm Date Palm Jaggery.
4) 100 Gm Sugar.
5) Cashew Nuts.
6) Resins.
7) Green Cardamom.
8) Bay Leaves.
9) Ghee.
Method of How to cook Nolen Gurer Payesh:
Step 1 -
Warm the Milk till Boiling.
Step 2 –
Turn the Oven Sim Mode and Stir Regularly for 5 Min.
Step 3 -
Add 1 Tsp Ghee in Gobindobhog Rice and mix it well.
Step 4 –
Add Rice and Bay Leaves to Milk.
Step 5 -
Again Stir it regularly.
Step 6 -
When Rice become totally boiled then add Date Palm Jaggery, Cashew Nuts and Resins.
Step 7 –
Again Stir it regularly.
Step 8 –
Add Green Cardamom Seeds.
Step 9 –
Again Stir it regularly.
Step 10 –
Cook for 5 minutes in sim mode.
