When we get a patient with an injury to the extensor tendon in Zone 5, the diagnosis is very obvious, sometimes we can even see the cut extensor tendon through the wound!
All that is needed is to do a good extensor repair and follow it up correctly and get a good result!
And of course, a correct understanding of what and why of the repair!
