For Paneer Balls:
2 1/2 glass or 750 ml Milk (full fat)
2 tbsp Vinegar or Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Corn Starch
5 glasses Water
1 1/2 cups Sugar
For Rabdi:
2 1/2 glass or 750 ml Milk (full fat)
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Almonds chopped
1 tbsp Cashews chopped
1/2 tbsp Pistachios chopped
1/2 tbsp Pistachios grated
few strands of Saffron
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
1-2 drops Yellow Gel Food Colour (Optional)
