Got this working in Windows 10 and it was a ****** to find the files needed to run it. It requires lots of .inf manual installs and manually running exes on startup to get it working.

But it works and the range of color is great. It works on anything displaying on the primary monitor with not just games but normal desktop work, movies, really anything.
