I'm not like those serious vegans who stuck with it for years. I think I resemble the much more common vegan or vegetarian who tries but just can't go meatless all the time, who gets just enough protein because she "cheats" every few days or weeks and eats meat. I think if you struggle for years to stick to a diet, there's actually something wrong with the diet, not you. I'm so glad that I finally understood that and was open to trying something different. Even still it took a long time to undo the indoctrination and actually recognize the incredible transformation my body went through during my carnivore transformation. Tell me about your vegan/vegetarian experience. Have you tried it? Were you able to stick with it?
