Congress leader Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu took oath as the 15th Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh. He is the first congress leader from the lower Himachal to be appointed as CM of the state. He also comes from a very humble background. His father was a bus driver with the state transport department.
