In Module 1 of the "Foot Technique Lab", I discuss and demonstrate converting the "Moeller" technique of the hands, to the pedals. Building speed, power and dynamics with the bass drums, is a major part of developing your "feel" and facility on the pedals. I demonstrate creating multiple notes with one movement on the pedals. I also discuss creating "flurries" of notes, to mimic drum machines and create super fast singles on the feet. Also covered: how to create a much better sound from the bass drum.
