This is the most important video I've ever made. It's my personal truth. And share with you the real reason I believe you can't heal, exactly what it going on, and why your CSN is at the heart of the problem.
The subconscious patterns of trauma have built momentum in your life manifesting as physical, mental, and emotional conditions that have low vibrations. All trauma is a broken reaction of your CSN -- the fight, flight or freeze response. This is called complex trauma. (CPTSD). This creates mental illness, physical chronic illness, and emotional conditions. This is why you still can't heal. So if you want to heal chronic illness you must repair the CSN and retrain your brain to let go of the past, to let go of shame, fear, guilt, grief, anger and suffering. Letting go of the past with mind body healing techniques is the key to healing all conditions.
Use the law of attraction to connect to the vibration that you DO want as you let go of illness, anger, frustration, resentment, grief, shame and guilt. Instead find ways to feel joy, love, playfulness, fun, success, happiness and create the life you want. Learn how to heal yourself in this morning routine. Use the law of attraction to reprogram your subconscious mind. Retrain your brain to manifest health and heal your body with your mind.
We must learn to heal trauma, repair the CNS, and break your PATTERNS and vibrational states of CHRONIC ILLNESS!
