Today's question on this episode of Dear Chris is from TheLemon, and he's asking if Testro-X is safe for teens.

All right, so let's talk about the question "is Testro-X safe for teenagers to take?" For anybody who doesn't know what Testro-X is, it's our testosterone support supplement from UMZU. It contains certain key minerals that are required for optimal testosterone production, especially because people are so deficient in these minerals, as well as some supporting herbs and LH simulators that kind of trigger the natural production of testosterone in your body. It's designed really to help you support your own natural testosterone production. It's not trying to replace testosterone the way that pharmaceutical does. It's trying to work with your body to increase your own production of it.

To answer your question, Testro-X is safe for teenagers to take. If you look at the ingredient and the safety profiles of the ingredient list, it really contains extremely safe ingredients for anybody to use. Key things, I would advise something similar as I advise anybody is to understand if it's something that you really need to take. It's not right for everybody, but it's extremely helpful if you actually need it, if your body needs it.

I'm hoping that that teenagers aren't really experiencing issues with low T, but we have seen in people even as early as 17 or 18 years old, and especially a lot of guys in their 20s start to have low testosterone problems because of exposure to environmental estrogenics, which pretty much are all over the place now. Then the poor diet habits that cause deficiencies, they start to happen sometimes in the teenage years, especially if you're just eating junk food through your childhood. I would advise the same strategy as I advise anybody else before they take supplements is especially if you can get a test like a vitamin and mineral test to determine your deficiencies.

If you do a full vitamin and mineral profile, it'll show you what you're efficient at and what you're not, but if you're deficient in things like magnesium and zinc, then I would definitely recommend considering Testro-X because we have highly bioavailable versions of magnesium and zinc in Testro-X that are... Both magnesium and zinc has a ton of research linking them to adequate proper testosterone production in men. If that's the case, then it's definitely something that you'd want to look at.

The herbs in it are also very safe, things like KSM-66 ashwagandha. It's organic ashwagandha. It's also safe for teenagers. It's going to help lower your cortisol, keep your stress low, help you sleep at night, as well, magnesium. The more sleep, especially in your teenage years, the better because you're in a period of growth. You're in a fun period of your life where things are changing, and you end up becoming, physically, who you're going to be when you, when you stop growing, which for guys tends to be around age 25 where they really stop a physical growth development.

You really have this window right now where you can support your body with all the nutrients it needs, keep your stress levels low, and you're going to have a very ripe anabolic period right now, especially if you're doing weight training. That's another question people ask a lot for teenagers, like, "When should I start weight training?" but I remember, especially if you play sports, you start weight training pretty early. You don't need to do massive amounts of it. It actually has quite a good effect if your diet is on point, if you're keeping yourself healthy, sleeping a lot. You could just train a couple of times a week with pretty core foundational weight training movements like bench press, squats, that sort of thing. You get pretty fast to get strong. It's a cool period in your life. I guess that's the long story short.

Testro-X is safe for teenagers, but you need to make sure that it's something that you need. You don't want to be taking things that you don't need.
