Today recipe is hyderabadi mutton marag

Marag recipe or hyderabadi marag is a rich soup made with tender mutton attached to bone is popular in hyderabad for over years.
Hyderabadi mutton stew which is usually served as a starter with sheermal at weddings.

INGREDIENTS
Mutton 500 grams with bones
Green chillies 8 -10
Coriander leaves
mint leaves
Almonds 1/4 cup
cashew nuts 1/4 cup
oil 5 Tbsps
ghee 1 Tbsp
turmeric powder
salt to taste
fresh cream. 2 Tbsp
yogurt 1/2 cup
Dry whole spices
ginger garlic paste 2 Tbsps
white pepper powder
coriander powder
Garam masala powder
