Diving back into the Archives again for this one, with a throwback to Summer 2019 again.

Last week we looked at the team from the ground and discussed their training and personalities, this week Barry talks about how greeness in a team can affect how you drive them, what we do early on in their four-in-hand training to set them up for the future and how one horse out of the four can unbalance the team or distract the others, requiring the driver to be 'on the ball' and read each of them as individuals as well as as a unit.
