Right next to the busy street of Gangnam-daero, there is a backstreet starting from Nonhyeon Station called the Nonhyeondong Food Alley. This alley essentially goes from Nonhyeon Station south to Sinnonhyeon Station. It’s full of various restaurants for those looking for Korean food. In the same area, you can also find Yeongdong Traditional Market, which I took a quick stroll through. The area is full of pedestrians but be careful of cars and motorbikes. I’m always surprised that some people think it’s worth driving through streets like this.

This is an area I can go back to over and over again and I plan on taking a much slower walk through Yeongdong Traditional Market in the future.
