propelor planes are design of art by design engineers and are very smooth in working.
Propellor plane has about 6 blades on each side of the plane as you can see in the picture. Initially it starts with a slow rotation. Later it catches speed.
As per the requirment of the thrust to lift the plane in the air. the rotational speed is increased and then once the plane is lifted in air, the blade rotations are made constant.
After attaining a certain height, the rotation speed are maintained constant.
To lift the plain sometimes the blades are also rotated on its own axis as you can see in the video.

Also we admire the technology how it has been designed.
The blades has to be perfectly aligned inorder to give us a smooth lift. if there is any minor design mistake in the blade design, the plane will not be as smooth as you can see in the video.
