BBQ javelina was on the Roger Raglin diet menu. It was great to talk to Roger and talk to him about the diet that has been changing so many lives for the better. I fired up the ugly drum smoker with a little mesquite and oak wood for flavor and smoked up an excellent javelina ham. Roger had never tried javelina before, so it was exciting to introduce him to something new smoked up on my UDS. If you have never tried javelina before then give it a try.
