Time ECT Assistants is seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Duties will include answering emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, managing social media accounts, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
