We did a solo brew day in the backyard and made a 2.5 gallon batch of a dark porterhouse porter. Why the name Porterhouse? Because we thought this beer would pair well with a porterhouse steak. So, just for fun, we "cowboy cook" (right on the coals) some steak in the middle of the video. This is a great recipe to brew whether you're new to homebrewing or have been doing it for years. We get this video over with pretty quickly using Clawhammer's BIAB brewing system, and we edited it more like a music video. It's entertaining and still shows you all the steps you need to know to brew this beer. Overall, this was a super fun beer to make that, in our opinion, hits all the required food groups (beer and meat).
