In this video, I'm driving from El Madania to Telemly, both neighborhoods of nicest parts of the upper Algiers. Both of them are known for their old colonial-era houses with leafy gardens, narrow back streets, and white apartment buildings with interesting features and ornaments. In fact, those areas are so nice that some residents of Telemly visiting or working in El Madania wouldn't hesitate to go home on foot and useless to say that residents of El Madania, too, do the same sometimes :-)
