A Russian court has remanded an eighth suspect over the attack on a Moscow concert hall that killed at least 139 people.
It's reported Kyrgyzstan-born Alisher Kasimov is accused of providing accommodation to the four Tajik men accused of carrying out the attack.
The head of Russia's most powerful security agency says he believes Ukraine, along with the United States and Britain, were involved in the attack, despite IS having already claimed responsibility.
