I track points and calories with the Healthi app which is a WW copycat app. For all these recipes I used my recipe builder to generate servings and points for each. Please add into your app if you change ingredients or serving size for accurate points.
💛breakfast squares / makes 8 for 2 points
- 8 eggs
- 4 slices bacon
- 65gm sharp white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/2 white onion
- bundle fresh parsley
- salt , pepper, all purpose seasoning, garlic powder
in a bowl whisk your eggs and add seasonings, chop your vegetables needed, microwave bacon for 4 minutes than chop, microwave green beans and chop, chop cheese into small pieces.
add all ingredients into egg mixture, in a casserole dish line with oil and pour in mixture, season the top add fresh parsley, bake on 400 for 35 minutes or until egg is cooked in the middle.
💛bbq chicken quinoa bowls: makes 9 servings, 1 cup is a serving for 7 points
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 2 cups uncooked quinoa
- 1 green pepper
- 1 purple onion
- 1/4 cup almonds
add to the bowl lettuce, cheese, bbq vinaigrette, fat free ranch optional
Chop vegetables needed, marinate chicken in your bbq vinaigrette and set aside extra sauce for dish. Grill chicken breast and chop into pieces once cooked , cook quinoa per instructions, combine all ingredients together and toss the dressing in. Add cheese to top once served.
💛bbq vinaigrette (for a large batch to marinate chicken and also set aside for dressing)
- 1 cup bbq sauce of your choice
- 7 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- juice of 1 lemon
- garlic powder (about 1/2 tsp)
- dried oregano (about 1 tsp)
- salt and pepper
Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk together.
💛ground chicken and veggie gravy: makes about 5 servings, 1 cup is only 1 point (potatoes are separate points)
- 16oz 98 fat free ground chicken
- 1 package of mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 packet brown gravy
- 1 cup water for gravy
- family size instant mashed potatoes
- garlic powder, salt and pepper
Add ground chicken into skillet along with frozen veggies place lid on and let simmer. Add your butter , seasonings and in a separate pot cook gravy. Once gravy is done pour into chicken mixture , toss together until all is coated well.
Serve with mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese.
