►INGREDIENTS:
3 large bananas ripe
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup chia seeds
2 cups milk I use unsweetened almond milk

►DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
2. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract and chia seeds, stir well.
3. Add milk, stir and let sit for 10 minutes. Then stir one more time.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
5. When ready to eat, give a stir and add your favorite toppings, if you wish. Enjoy cold.
