Today, he breaks out two of his all-time favorite and most effective drills for developing lightning-quick hands and feet.
When you get to the gym, perform the drills as is shown below:
Drill 1 -- 3 sets -- 30 seconds each
Drill 2 -- 3 sets -- 10 "catches" each
Perform each series 3-4x per week at the end of your workout.
If you do both of these drills consistently for 6 weeks, you will start to see tremendous improvements in your hand speed, foot speed, AND a decrease in your reaction time.
