Historian and children's author Christopher Lloyd describes how a massive volcanic eruption 60 million years ago led to the creation of the strange giant hexagonal columns now known as the Giant's Causeway.
The columns give rise to several legends, most famously the legend of Finn McCool, a giant who is said to have built the causeway to reach his rival in Scotland.
