This is Day #1 of the April Young & Raw 30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge... also it's April Fool's Day, April 1st, 2013... The "Day 1" smoothie was delicious. Off to a great start. We're looking forward to starting our second challenge. Ali Washington, the Resident Holistic Nutritionist at Young and Raw is designing the menu. Every 5 days will focus on a specific herb. day 1 recipe:
1 banana
3 leaves kale
1 handful parsley
1 inch knuckle ginger
1 cup coconut water or
regular water
