Short Destiny 2 video on world loot weapons. From my experience, this is the most efficient way to get them. Since there are so many yellow bar enemies and normal ads at Altars of Sorrow, it just increases your chances. Using Graviton Lance speeds it up, since you can just shoot them as they exit the dome thing.
