I finally let the battery fully charge again to show you the balancing process when larger loads are connected. I could seen all BMS are having issues to balance properly if there is a high load connected at the same time.
Usually if the battery is full, the MPPTs deliver exactly as much energy as the load is and the battery is on standby. That is the perfect time to balance now. But what if the load is constantly changing and the MPPTs are not quick enough to react to that load change? In this case the battery needs to help out and constantly delivers or takes energy depending on the load requirements. So, under high load we never see the battery just sitting there with 0Amps in or out. That makes balancing impossible. The result is bad...
