Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Demon's Souls for Playstation 3 developed by From Software and published by Atlus.

Demon's Souls is an action RPG that is somewhat of the hack and slash varity. Despite this fact, the game encourages patience and planning instead of button mashing. The game has a very high difficulty level and all of the enemies do a high amount of damage and are very competent at fighting. When one dies one loses all accumulated XP and is returned to the last save point found. The game's XP is also used as currency to buy new weapons and armor.
