S’more Tortilla French Toast

Ingredients:
4 ea Sonora 10 inch Flour Tortilla
¼ cup Dark Chocolate, chopped
½ cup Mini Marshmallows
¼ cup Whipping Cream
½ cup Egg Solutions Liquid Egg
¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
Recipe:
1. Place chopped chocolate and marshmallows in the center of the tortillas.
2. Roll up the tortilla, tucking in the ends, ending up with the seam on the bottom.
3. Whisk together cream, liquid egg and cinnamon.
4. Heat up a non stick pan and melt butter until it foams.
5. Dip each tortilla roll into the egg mixture. Carefully roll it around to pick up as much egg as possible.
6. Place each tortilla roll into the pan with the seam down. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Using tongs, turn the roll to the other side and continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Continue to move to each side and brown all around and cook egg mixture.
8. Transfer to a cutting board and allow to cool slightly.
9. Cut each roll in ½ and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Enjoy as a decedent breakfast or dessert.
