Ingredients for legumes soup with yogurt sauce:
2 heaped tbsp of each rice, green lentils, red lentils and bulgur (instead of bulgur yo can use pearl barley, or cracked barley)
1 liter of water + more hot water for the consistency
1 cups meat stock (optional)
1 medium-size onion
1 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
2 tbsp dried mint
1 tsp pepper flakes
1+1/2 cup whole-milk plain yogurt
1 egg
2 heaped tbsp flour
