INGREDIENTS:
3 lb pork spareribs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, with syrup
2 slices of ginger
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp of water
