Here's another 'short' video on a non-grilled item that could/should be on the table at your next BBQ! Coleslaw goes great on burgers, hotdogs, pulled pork sandwiches, or just as a side item for any BBQ meal. My version of southern coleslaw is a winner! Here's the ingredients list:
Dressing Ingredients:
½ cup Duke’s Mayo
¼ cup milk
¼ cup buttermilk
⅓ cup sugar
2 ½ T Lemon Juice
1 ½ T Tarragon Vinegar (sub white wine vinegar **)
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
For the Slaw:
1 head of cabbage, shredded
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/2 onion, shredded or minced
** Substituting anything for this Tarragon vinegar changes this flavor profile dramatically.
