These healthy energy bites are so easy to make that it will take you 5 minutes from start to finish. Take 3 superfoods rich in all kinds of vitamins and minerals: Walnuts, sesame seeds and dried apricots. Grind each of them. Mix them all with some vanilla extract. Roll into small bites. Cover with some dark chocolate. Enjoy!

1 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1tbsp. white chocolate
