Today I made my Grandma’s Sweet and Sour Spareribs! It was my Mom’s favorite dish growing up, and she would ask my Grandma to make it for her birthday. I love it as well and it is an easy and incredibly delicious recipe.
Grandma’s Sweet and Sour Spareribs (Original Recipe):
2 lb spareribs 3 tbs peanut oil. 4 cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp salt Gravy:
1 small can pineapple 4 tsp soy sauce
½ yellow onion ¾ cup brown sugar
2 stalks celery ½ cup cider vinegar
1 green bell pepper 1 inch sliced fresh ginger
1 carrot 1 tbs cornstarch
