INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup grated onion
2 tsp grated garlic
220g chicken breast, already cooked and chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tbsp green onions
2 tbsp chicken stock
1 tbsp oil
3/4 cup (150 ml) chicken stock
1/2 cup flour
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
METHOD
Heat the oil in a pan, then fry the onions, garlic, boiled chicken breast.
Add spices. Pour in two tablespoons of chicken stock.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add chicken stock, then pour flour and brew.
Combine the dough with chicken. Form nuggets.
Dip in the egg, then breadcrumbs. Deep-fry.
