High-speed photoacoustic microscopy of the blood flow in a mouse ear in vivo. A pair of artery and vein can be clearly imaged with the red blood cells flowing at speeds up to 1 cm/s. The field of view is 1 mm by 0.5 mm, with a volumetric imaging frame rate of 2 Hz.
