Today we'll learn how to make Shakarpara. Shakar Para is a tea time snack , sweet crunchy snackwhich is also made during festivals like Diwali, Holi. It is a sweet treat made with all purpose flour and sugar. This snack is very addictive and you can't stop eating it when it is made.

INGREDIENTS:
Step 1 - To make sugar water-
Sugar- 200 gram
water- 150ml

Step 2 - To make dough-
All Purpose Flour (Maida)- 250 gm
Ghee/ clarified Butter - 50 gm / 1/4 cup
Water - just to make the dough
Oil - to fry
