Key Ideas:
1. In compliance courses, there is an abundance of the realities of life.
2. However, it has been labeled as boring when learners need to go through a large volume of pages.
3. Trainers try to "liven" up compliance courses with games, animations, narration and/or videos that they become huge.
4. Try to separate areas that have impact on the business (life-death situations, risks, legal implications, complaints, returns, etc.).
5. Start your lesson with a main slideshow so learners go through possible positive or negative impacts they can relate to. These are the high-impact areas with real-life consequences they need to learn.
6. Put explanatory content: references, citations, definitions, procedures and steps as Reference and tie them to the high-impact areas.
7. Identify where learners should spend more time learning.
