This traditional Balinese dance is accompanied by music (provided by human voices of more than a hundred dancers) and a storyteller's voice which narrates the story. Kecak dance narrates part of Ramayana - an epic poem originating in India. Apart from being a tourist attraction, the dances also have deeply spiritual meanings and are an important part of Balinese culture.
