Hi all. Today I am pleased to share with you a Chest and Triceps Workout Without Iron or Special Equipment that can be done anywhere.
It’s great to train your chest and triceps on the same day, no matter what push-ups you do, these muscles are always involved! You can only slightly shift the load on the chest or triceps, but when doing push-ups, these 2 muscle groups always work.
The video demonstrates some of the best exercises for training the chest and triceps. If you want rapid progress and muscle gain, then use additional weight or a weighted vest for these exercises.
To make the exercise easier, perform push-ups from your knees. Remember about regular exercise and proper nutrition, as well as good recovery after training! At the end of your workout, be sure to stretch, and at the beginning of your workout, do a warm-up!
