This is one element of what it is like to be dyslexic as an adult. Coping with negative thoughts and emotions can be an uphill battle, but challenging some of my negative beliefs has been really helpful. It was the next step for me to overcome one element of my dyslexia. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I encourage you to give it a try and see if it works for you, too.
