Photographing Bears in Alaska is one of my favorite, if not my favorite trip that I do each year. Spending time with these Bears as they fish and fatten up for the winter is truly a remarkable experience, one that I look forward to every year. I'm back out with the Bears for about 2 weeks. This is a magnificent land filled with wildlife. Not only do I photograph Bears while I'm out here, but I also photograph Ptarmigan, various Shorebirds and Ducks, as well as the occasional Red Fox or Wolf. Each year, my trips out here are so vastly different from the previous years, and this year lived up to that reputation. Follow along as I spend 2 weeks alone, photographing the wonderful Bears that call this area home.
