Tana Mongeau won the Streamy for Creator of the Year. It sparked a little bit of controversy because people thought Mr. Beast, Emma Chamberlain or David Dobrick should have won. Team Trees was huge and many viewers feel that was over looked. In this video I tell you my thoughts on this story and also tell you who I think is the creator of the year.

The Streamys are an awards ceremony that YouTube holds every year to celebrate excellence in video creation on their platform. Some people view the Streamy Awards as a Google scam. I don't know if I'd go that far. There are many things in entertainment that seem sketchy. Then there are things that are actually sketchy. These awards are vapid, souless and annoying but is there rally anything nefarious going on beneath the surface?

I want to celebrate creators whom I enjoyed the most by giving them Dean Queens. The Real Trophy of Excellence On YouTube!
