Following the many rules of the Balance Patch from the Balance Dataslate in June 2024 for Warhammer 40,000, oh and all the other rules updates and 40k rules changes that happened at the same time, we are expected to make our own rulebook out of all the different parts. Games Workshop has declared the Rules Commentary changes but they won't implement them on their own Index rules, codex rules or on the Games Workshop 40k app!
