Sanira boldly declares she isn't afraid of failure or losing money. While she can't predict the future, she has confidence in her assets—those of modern people that she details in her speech. Sanira Madzhikova is an IT expert with 7 years of experience, including 5 years in mobile app development. At 22, she founded an IT product development studio, managing and advising over 100 businesses and startups. She also established the Neobis club, which has facilitated internships and jobs for over 1000 IT specialists. Currently, she runs Palm, helping 20 programmers from Central Asia secure high-paying remote work abroad. Sanira completed the Outtalent program and received a job offer from Meta, moving to London.
