I was excited to do this workout with you guys because like I always say, these type of workouts push me outside of my comfort zone! I am not a pilates instructor but I truly love the mind muscle connection that occurs when you focus on smaller movements with less range of motion than normal! So, I got creative and put my spin on it! Grab a set of light weight dumbbells, I used 3 pounds and lets try to burn 400 calories together!
