As nations across the globe relook at their governance structures, trade policies and international relations due to the ongoing Coronavirus crisis, the European Union also reassess changing dynamics and a reshaping of the global order in the foreseeable future. How can China's politics and its role in the initial phase of the coronavirus pandemic be viewed from Europe's perspective? Is Europe resentful against China owing to its unfair trade practices? What discourse is happening around the lack of global leadership in this crisis? Can organisations like the UN and WTO losing credibility and a change in trends of global governance galvanise the world towards more robust international institutions?
