You can now get the Catalyst for Wicked Implement.

It is a guaranteed chance to drop at Tier 7 Deep Dive. I've been told you can do lower tiers but it's not guaranteed.

The Catalyst will take 700 kills to finish and gives a new perk. Picking up a stasis shard will overflow the mag by +5 each shard up to 30 max.
