The US drug giant Pfizer, has sealed a deal to buy European-based group Allergan.
The one hundred and sixty billion dollar deal will be the largest pharmaceutical takeover in history.
It will allow Pfizer to move its headquarters to Ireland to escape high US corporate taxes.
